We are very disappointed with your service yesterday.
It was an unacceptable experience.
We booked the boat from Gili Trawangan to Bangsal at 8 am on 28 Nov 2024. Our receipt number is #1295-9362.
On 25 Nov 2024, one of your team (+62 852‑3902‑4100) promised me through whatsapp that there would be a boat fetching us at 8 am and we needed to check in at 7. 30 am on 28 Nov 2024.
We went to the counter on the 27 Nov 2024, to make sure that we can check in early on 28 Nov 2024, and the person in the counter promised that he would be there.
However, yesterday morning (28 Nov 2024), we arrived at 7. 30 am, and there was no one at the counter. We waited until 8. 10 am, but no one was standing by and there was no boat for us! we even called your team (+62 852‑3902‑4100) 12 times! And he did not pick up the call.
We had to ask someone from Gili Gateaway to help us to get a fast private boat in order to reach Bangsal before 9 am as we had a prior pick-up appointment at 9 am.
We are very deeply disappointed with your service and we demand refund.
We paid 40. 22€ for 2 return tickets, therefore we expect you to refund back 20. 11€ to my credit card.
Again, we can’t accept unprofessional and irresponsible service from your team.
We have not received any constructive response for 2 weeks, the operator did not even want to acknowledge and make the refund.

Die Fähre hat pünktlich abgelegt und es war genügend Platz für alle. Trotz Stopp auf Gili Meno und Gili Air haben wir nur 30 Minuten bis Bangsal Lombok benötigt. Die Fahrt war angenehm.
Mit dem Gepäck war man etwas allein gelassen beim Aus-und Einstieg.
Great quick trip. Highly recommend vs bigger ferries. Took only 10 mins vs 40. And cheap. Really good service. Just don’t let people carry your bags for you on arrival into Bangsal
