it is a big scam, we booked a Ferry + a van but none of them was there ! We contact the agency that give no respond to our message ! Don’t book your trip with the agency !

We booked in 3 groups because of different flight hours and none of the rides were without a problem. In the confirmation email it said that we had to pick up our ferry tickets the day before. We went there twice but no one was able to help us. After messaging, the tickets would be send to us through WhatsApp but we had to inquire multiple times before receiving them. The earliest group arrived by ferry and there was no van and no one at the desk, nor did they pick up the phone. They had to wait for over an hour. The second group also booked a transfer to the airport but were just dropped in cancun centre and had to take an additional bus. The last group had to switch vans in the middle of the highway and were dropped at another place than specified in the booking. I recommend to book your transfer locally and not through bookaway. The vans were also completely full, with not enough space for luggage and the back row could not even sit upright for the entire ride because it was so cramped with 4 people in the backseat.
