Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company colors or name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can board the next bus or minivan at no extra cost, provided there are seats available. For private airport transfers, drivers will accommodate flight delays, details regarding wait times and any potential fees are dependent on specific circumstances.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board for an additional **fee**. The exact amount should be confirmed with the counter staff, and is subject to space availability in the bus storage area.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board, subject to an additional fee and space availability. For specific fee details, please check with the counter staff.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved at anytime with no charge.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
