Language and communication

The counter staff is able to communicate in English; however, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their driver who will be dressed in a company uniform and find the vehicle marked with company branding. For pickups at airports or terminals, the specific meeting point is at column no.9 at the arrival gate on the 1st floor for both domestic and international flights.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee, subject to availability of seats. For private airport pickups, if delays occur, passengers need to verify directly whether drivers can wait and if any fees apply.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee. However, for specific buses and storage availability, please check with the supplier.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board, but there is an additional fee. Passengers should check with the supplier directly for specific details regarding the bus's storage capacity and the associated costs.

Accessibility and assistance

Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger's names can be changed after a booking has been approved at no extra cost, provided that the change is made at least 2 hours before departure.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.
