Language and communication

The counter staff at the ticket stations is able to communicate in English, ensuring assistance is readily available for English-speaking passengers. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as vehicles are clearly marked with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be sought at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number will be provided to guide travelers to their designated meet-up points.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can switch to the next available bus or minivan without any additional cost, provided there are seats available. For private airport pickups, the operator is flexible with delays. Ensure to confirm the waiting policy and any potential fees directly with the service provider.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional fee, provided they fit within the bus's storage limitations.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their names on tickets after booking approval anytime without a charge.
