Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, ensuring smooth communication for travelers.
Finding your ride
Travelers can find their ride or driver by looking for vehicles branded with the company colors and name, or by visiting the company counter or ticket office.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles:You can bring a bicycle on board, but an additional fee is required. The fee should be paid at the terminal.
Motorbikes:Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee. Payment for bringing a motorbike is made at the terminal.
Accessibility and assistance
Wheelchair accessibility:Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for transportation.
Guide dogs:Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
Booking and Amendments
Name Changes:Name changes on tickets are permitted after booking confirmation. A 20% amendment fee applies before the strong/strong, and a 50% fee applies after. Ensure to complete changes before your travel date.
E-Tickets:Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
Onboard Policies
Passengers are permitted to eat and drink on board.
Pet policies
Pets are allowed on board with an additional fee to be paid at the terminal. They must be kept in a cage.
