Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign featuring the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, travelers can meet their ride or driver at international gates 3 and 4, or domestic gates 1 and 2.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers cannot switch to the next bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if they are late, but a delay beyond the specified time after flight landing incurs a charge of 300 baht per hour.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee, but it is required to inform in advance.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are permitted to consume only water and snacks on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board without any additional charge, but they must be kept in a cage.
