English is spoken by both the counter staff and the driver, facilitating communication for all passengers.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with company colors and the name of the company. Additionally, there is a company counter or ticket office available for assistance. If the pick-up is at an airport or terminal, travelers should go to the specified arrival hall and gate number to meet their ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought onboard without any additional fee, provided they are foldable and can be kept in the passenger's cabin.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are permitted on board for an additional fee. For specific fee details, please check at the Le Duan Hanoi train station at the Door To Door service counter next to Vinmart.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are permitted to board and accompany visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are permitted without any amendment fee. However, it is necessary to inform the operator at least 24 hours before the departure time.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board at no additional cost, but they must be kept in a cage.
