Great way to travel. Easy access to the train with the online ticket ticket (with carriage number and bed number). Although I was probably the only tourist in my part of the train, I really felt safe as a female solo traveler. Unfortunately I traveled in one of the older trains. They don’t change the sheets during the ride, I used an own blanket and wrapped the pillow! In general the train is really loud. You can buy food/ drinks in the train. I really enjoyed the ride, great way to see the beautiful landscape. I used Google Maps to know which station is next since the announcements are in Vietnamese. But shortly before I had to get off the train, a conductor came and told me.

As expected this train ride was fine! The sheets and pillows don’t get changed so make sure to bring your own
