Finding your ride

• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the designated arrival hall and gate number specified by the operator. If a flight is delayed, passengers are allowed to take the next available bus or minivan at no additional cost. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed. No specific waiting time limits or additional fees are mentioned for delays.

Baggage and special items
