Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with company colors or the name of the company. Additionally, there is a designated company counter or ticket office where travelers can meet their driver. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the specified arrival hall and gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee, provided that tickets are still available.
