• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at specified arrival halls and gate numbers for airport or terminal pickups. For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can board the next available bus or minivan without any additional charge, provided there are seats available. In the case of private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, specific details on driver wait times and any applicable fees should be directly checked with the service provider.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board; however, only small or foldable bicycles are allowed, and you must purchase an additional ticket for it.
