Language and communication

For a smooth journey, English-speaking staff are available at the ticket counter. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the drivers wear a uniform and the vehicles are branded with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, travelers can head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. If the pickup location is an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number for meeting the driver will be provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee if they are small and foldable like a suitcase.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are permitted on board with an additional fee. Passengers are advised to check the fee before departure at the counter located outside Le Duan train station.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are allowed after a booking has been approved. These changes are free if made 24 hours before the departure time.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board for free, but they must be kept in a cage.
