Took me from A to B as quick as possible. Driver was smoking however and making calls while driving (not handsfree), which was a bit dubious. Other than that cheap and quick ride

Bus ride from Malaysia to Singapore was good. Seats comfortable with recliner and lots of space. Allocated seat was provided. Communication from staff was poor. Bus was late even though it was one of the first buses to leave the bus station. Had to load luggage on ourselves with no assistance. Driver was very good and we had a smooth ride even though it took longer than expected.

Additionally, travelers can head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. For pickups at airports or terminals, riders should meet their driver at the Airport Express Bus Terminal.

Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
