Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with company colors and the name of the company, and the driver will be in uniform. For pickups at an airport or terminal, travelers should head to the Airport Express Bus Terminal to meet their ride or driver.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you are allowed to board the next available bus or minivan, although this will require payment of an additional fee, which will either be the cost of a new ticket or a 50% fine based on the original ticket price. In the case of private airport pickups, the drivers are not able to wait for passengers if they are delayed.

- Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
- Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Passengers can change their names after a booking has been approved. A fee of **RM10** is charged for this service.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and confirmation email before boarding.
Onboard Policies
