I think the service is good if you're just expecting to get from A to B but I remember I had to contact them the day itself if they're on the way to picking us up at our homestay. Maybe I was just expecting more because every time I had arranged transfers they would notify you a day before or at least the morning of your transfer confirming your pick-up location and the time but with them I had to initiate contact. Luckily I got their number from the booking details. But other than that, the ride was smooth and we got to where we're supposed to go. It's just the pickup and confirmation that needs improvement.

The shuttle service was great. The confirmation and communication with the provider prior to the trip went well. The pick up at the airport was punctual and uncomplicated. The ride was comfortable and without any issues. I would make use of this service again.
