I think the service is good if you're just expecting to get from A to B but I remember I had to contact them the day itself if they're on the way to picking us up at our homestay. Maybe I was just expecting more because every time I had arranged transfers they would notify you a day before or at least the morning of your transfer confirming your pick-up location and the time but with them I had to initiate contact. Luckily I got their number from the booking details. But other than that, the ride was smooth and we got to where we're supposed to go.
