How to get from Koh Lipe to Langkawi Island
Taking a ferry

Travelers can choose a morning departure (at around 10.30) or an early evening one (at about 16.00). The ferries leave from, either, Pattaya Beach or Sunrise Beach and drop passengers off in Kuah Jetty or Telaga Harbour in Langkawi. The travel time is around one to two hours, with the drop off points varying depending on the operator.
Since the journey involves crossing over to a different country, taking you from Thailand to Malaysia, proper travel documents are needed. Passengers must present their confirmation voucher and passport for processing and immigration clearance during check-in at the beach in Koh Lipe.
