We booked online which was relatively easy. Even though emails say the email counts as a ticket, stop into the office to get your physical ticket or they’ll send you to the office to get it. Boarding was quick and efficient. The crew helped us with our luggage. There is a luggage weight limit but it’s a boat, not a plane, so you can be over just a little and they’re okay with it. There’s a little store on board but you have to wait till the ship is under way before it opens. That option was nice because we didn’t stop for snacks or drinks before we got to the ship. From wherever your assigned seats are, you can make your way to the upper deck and enjoy the open air; our travel day was sunny and pleasant with calm, rolling seas. Some passengers were even sunbathing towards the back of the upper deck. About halfway through the journey we disturbed a school of flying fish which scattered away from the ship. Since I’ve never seen flying fish, that was a very cool experience. The Philippines Coast Guard was represented on board. Their service members were friendly and helpful. They provided a sense of security and safety to the four +/- hour voyage. Thank you to all who serve in the Philippines Coast Guard and Navy, my wife and I appreciate you all. Docking was uneventful and, once docked, passengers departed with no issues. Crew helped to remove luggage to the dock. On time. God places on deck.
